Hi! I'm Hunter Baum, a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), specializing in sports performance. I'm currently residing in Park City, Utah where I am working with the US Ski and Snowboard team fueling athletes with science-based AND practical nutritional strategies. Previously, I spent time working in the MLB, MLS, and NCAA. I'm an avid outdoor and sports enthusiast who enjoys looking for ways to optimize performance and push the boundaries for what I thought was possible for myself and others.

Schedule your 75-minute Initial Nutrition Assessment where we will gather medical history, injury history, dietary habits, nutrition knowledge, identify areas of opportunity, and create detailed action-oriented goals to begin pursuing your goals.
